Due to staff shortage and increased demand on the service, we are currently struggling to provide our usual level of support for parents.  This situation is likely to continue until at least the end of this term (21st December).  Our telephone helpline will continue to respond to calls in the normal way (first call back within 3 working days) but please be prepared to accept a telephone discussion in place of a caseworker's attendance at school meetings during this period.  The Independent Support programme is not affected.
