Our Projects
We have a number of small projects in areas of work associated with SEN, which run alongside our core education work.
Often these overlap with the core education work, and allow us to offer a wider range of support to the families we serve.
The projects include:
Early Support
A short term pilot project which will run unril March 2010. The pilot will provide further intensive support for families with a child aged between 5 and 7 years in 5 areas of Nottinghamshire.
Cool Kids
This is a group for Nottinghamshire families with a child with a disability between the ages of 5 and 13 years.
Family Action
Family Action is a national charity which runs a large number of individual projects across England. We liaise with Family Action projects in Nottinghamshire
Rainbow
A group for Nottingham City families which meets once a month on Saturdays at the Nottingham City Hospital.
