Has overall responsibility for PPS; strategic development and the management of day to day delivery of the service.

Helpline Worker/Case Work Supervisor
Provides helpline support and information for parents and professional staff from other agencies, and manages volunteer helpline staff.

Volunteer Support Worker
Supports the IPS volunteers and undertakes case work.

Case Worker
Undertakes casework with parents.
