Volunteer Training
The next IPS training course will begin in April 2010 in Hucknall, dates to be confirmed. Please contact us if you are interested in attending this course.
We provide appropriate training and ongoing support for all our volunteers, whatever their role. The development of volunteers’ skills is important to us and many volunteers have used their experience with PPS as a springboard into employment.
Expenses
All volunteers are entitled to claim out of pocket expenses to cover travel, including car parking fees and unavoidable expenses for care of children or dependant adults. We are governed by Nottinghamshire County Council policies on volunteer expenses.
